All files must be in PDF, AI, or EPS formats with at least 300dpi resolution. All edges must have 3mm bleed while important content must be placed inward to avoid being trimmed off. For best accuracy with colour reproduction, CMYK colour mode must be used and all fonts must be outlined or embedded to avoid substitution errors. Can I get my items printed on the same day?

Standard items are business cards and letterheads which are produced on the same or next day, all other items tend to take between 2 to 5 days on average.

Can I use my own designs for printing?  

Your designs can be in any format and can be uploaded straight away or provided to us and we can design it for you.  

Do you offer printing in different quantities?  

Of course. We offer a range of products. If you need 50 notepads or 500 mugs, we can help you.  

Are the printed colours accurate to my brand guidelines?  

Brand colour accuracy, reputation and business identity, is crucial therefore with the use of digital or offset printing, we can get your colours as accurate as possible. You can get proof of the printed colours before large orders are made.  

Can I see samples before placing a large order?  

Yes, we are able to assist with samples and mock ups with some items and for those clients that are new we are able to assist with some mock ups.
