A  PDF file is preferred alongside JPEG files, Word documents, and PowerPoint. However, the PDF must be of the highest quality possible, without any fonts missing, and should include a 3mm bleed around all borders.  When working with booklets that contain full page images, ensure that the images and booklets have backgrounds that extend to the bleed area to prevent any unpainted edges post trimming.  Important content should maintain a margin of 5mm to the edges in writing, trimming, to prevent, and maintain a clean margin so the content does not white washed. 

 As for files in the form of word and JPEG, PowerPoints and the word files will be converted to presents and PDF proofs will be printed and proofed for approval.  We encourage early submission to allow ample time for amendments to be finalized if needed.
