Printing on Mug: Mug printing size is 8” * 3.25”. Generally, 3 to 5 colored small pictures or text can be printed. You may add more pictures, but picture size will be reduced.

Custom mug printing has a turnaround time of three to five business days from the time the design is approved. For custom corporate mug orders that include branded packaging, additional finishes, or corporate bulk orders, the turnaround time may vary based on production needs. For urgent requests, we say that our same-day and next-day express services are optimal. These services are perfect for terrible last-minute event giveaways, promotional campaigns, or gift emergencies.

As with any bulk order, we advise that customers place bulk orders during busy periods like holidays, graduation periods, or corporate event schedules well in advance. Regardless of the order volume, our production, servicing, and the delivery team ensure strict turnaround schedules are met, and that the quality of service and products delivered is not negotiated on.

Artwork Guide

For flawless printing on custom mugs, high resolution PDF, PNG or AI files are the most suitable. We encourage our customers to submit their images and text files to us at no less than 300dpi for the best results. Also, the colour mode CMYK must be used for colouring changes to be accepted in the making.

For designs that need complete wraparound coverage, they have to be printed on our standard mug printing template, which we can send to you on demand. The template also has safe areas, trim, and bleed guidelines.

Do you offer packaging with the mugs?
