Turnaround Time 

Our money boxes orders usually take between five to seven working days to complete counting from the date the artwork is approved. Smaller orders and certain plastic models can be processed within 2-3 working days. For larger orders and styles made of ceramic and metal which requires additional curing or finishing time, we recommend early reservations. We also provide split deliveries and offer bulk discounts depending on order size and delivery schedule.  

Artwork Guide

For optimum print results, your artwork should be submitted in either PDF, PNG, or AI formats. Ensure these files are at a bare minimum 300dpi in resolution. This ensures a clean print. For printed materials, the color mode must be in CMYK. To sidestep any cutting inaccuracies, a 3mm bleed should be added on all sides of the artwork. Text should be placed a minimum of 5mm away from the edge to guarantee all words are clear. 

Upon request, we can provide money box templates which include the cut-out outlines of your chosen shape. This will help avoid last minute guesses while you design. Additionally, ensure all fonts are embedded or outlined to avoid any compatibility issues. If you would like to see a design proof prior to production, the in-house design team can help you with the layout and will support you throughout the entire process.

Is it possible to print different names or variable data on each money box?  

Yes, we offer variable data printing so under each money box, a unique name, QR code or message can be placed. This is ideal for personalized events or gift initiatives, as each box can be tailored to the recipient.  

Do you supply money boxes ready-assembled?  

We offer assembled ceramic and metallic money boxes.

Are your money boxes able to be used multiple times?

Most of the money boxes that we offer have the capability of being used multiple times. The ceramic models have a rubber stopper at the bottom which allows for coins to be taken out. Plastic and metal boxes have a lid or opening which allows for easy access and therefore can be used multiple times.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For most materials, we have a minimum order quantity of ten. With some of the plastic money boxes, we are able to print one unit which is ideal for samples or personalised gifts. 

Do you offer packaging options?

We can offer packaged options that include custom printed boxes as well as plain white boxes. Other options include shrink wrapping and clear presentation sleeves. This is advantageous for retail or for immediate shipping to donors and customers.
