Artwork Guide

In order to achieve the best printing quality for roller banners, it is essential that the artwork is designed to the correct specifications. Submission of files in PDF format is the easiest method. However, we also accept AI, EPS, and JPEG files. All files must be in CMYK colour mode to ensure no colour discrepancies occur during the printing. Submissions in RGB will result in colour changes for the print.

Your artwork should be saved at no less than 150dpi at full size to ensure crispness at close inspection. In addition to this, we request a minimum of 5mm of bleed on every edge and beyond this, critical pieces like logos and text should be at least 30mm away from the bottom edge as this will be partially hidden in the roller mechanism when displayed. 

When creating the banner, keep in mind that the focus should be on a vertical orientation. The artwork should be simple, and allow it to be read from a distance. The viewer should be guided to read from the top to the bottom without pausing at the edges. Your name or logo should be displayed meaningfully.

Every roller banner comes with a specialized carry case that is padded for ease of transport and storage. The banner is conveniently packed away in the base which simplifies movement between locations.

Clients can expect a standard turnaround of one to two working days. However, we can accommodate urgent requests with same-day printing in London. Early submissions of artwork will enhance the chances of the requested turnaround.  

Is it possible for me to collect my order?  

Printing shops typically allow for collection which can be done at a later date. As such, you are able to retrieve your banner from our London print shop. In case, you are provided the option of local delivery or nationwide shipping.
