Customisation and Materials

With regards to printing, we use varying techniques to fulfill different needs, budgets, and designs. For bulk orders, screen printing provides simple designs and a bold vibrant finish. Full colour, high resolution and photographic detail prints are used for one-off or small runs through Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. Vinyl printing provides a tactile feel to touched text or simple graphics, making it great for work and sportswear. For team uniforms, customised gifting, and events, personalisation through names, numbers, and slogans can also be added.

Turnaround Time  

Our T-shirt printing processes have a turnaround time of 3 to 5 working days after the final artwork approval is given. For larger or more intricate orders, such as those with embroidery or multi-position printing, the lead time may be longer based on the stock-on-hand and quantity. 

Artwork Guide

To achieve the best possible outcome, we recommend that artworks be submitted to us in PDF, PNG, SVG or AI in high-resolution. The lowest acceptable resolution is 300dpi. For printing, please ensure to use CMYK colour mode. For Direct to Garment and vinyl printing, transparent backgrounds are preferred.

If a particular position has been selected for the artwork (like chest, sleeve, or full front), please add accurate guidelines or utilize one of our T-shirt mockup templates. Ensure that all text is outlined, fonts are embedded, and for screen printing, complex designs are not recommended; simple designs with no fine gradients work best. Solid blocks of colour are optimal for printing.

Can I print a photograph or full colour image on a T-shirt?  

Absolutely. We have DTG printing, which is for printing photographs, artwork, and any graphic, with as many colours as may be required, at the best quality possible.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

As for DTG and vinyl printing, there is no minimum order quantity. 

Can I personalise each T-shirt with different names or numbers?

Sure. Each T-shirt can be customized with individual names, numbers, job titles, or any specific detail which suits team and event requirements.
