Sublimation Printing is the process that has been going on for a long time ago. It was originally designed for printing on plastic parts and award-wining items and on some special items in the industry like plastic tiles, plastic sheets, acrylics, awards, gifts item etc. this system from most used printing methods in that the pigments used bind to a single molecule surface, especially plastic or polyester.

Screen Printing, also called silk screening it’s the original method of printing in early age. It represents making special screens for each colour used in printing and then squeeze the ink on to the cloth through the screen. It’s a tough way to hide graphics on a t-shirt that falls on the top of the shirt instead of soaking it in thick ink. Screen printing is best for graphics that use only one or two thick ink colours. Thick ink feels soft touched and can look really amazing. If you are not hurry and have minimal colours for the shirt printing, we recommend screen printing. It looks great and often cheaper in large quantities. This is the most recommended method in terms of print quality and washability.

Embroidery Printing is a pattern or logo, sewn into the shirts. To get started, every custom design for embroidery must be digitalized and traced out and turned into stitches with limited colours. We use some of softest, best-selling shirts and state of the art embroidery shirts to deliver the highest quality shirts. 

Direct to Garment Printing has been around for about 10 years, and produce the great colour results on some substrates. It does not need any pre-treatment spray, special texture, tucking and can be very difficult to flatten and keep in place for printing. Pressing time for application is dramatically faster, requiring only seconds and edges around the transition and colours in the prints are the same.
